All orders placed before 10:00am will be processed same day with estimated delivery for the next working day, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you need your delivery guaranteed next day, please get in touch and let us know the urgency. We will always try our best to be accommodating of the situation.

When we request a delivery address, this needs to be the address of the tank your wish the straws to be delivered to. This might be an AI technician. Make sure to give an accurate address. No refunds or replacements can be sent if the address was given incorrectly.

Delivery of goods or services shall be affected when the goods are unloaded or the

services provided at the address(es) notified by the Client to Working Cattle Company.

The risk in any goods shall pass to the Client at the time of delivery in accordance with

the Terms.
